Enjoy the month of merry making!
December is a month of holidays. Holidays should be full of special memories and family traditions that we hold close to our hearts. For most of us, the holidays involve some aspect of memories. As I turn the page on the calendar to December, I find myself reflecting on past years. My four daughters are all adults now and so many of my fond memories involve the excitement of the holidays through their eyes as children. And yet, I find that no matter what age I am, I continue to be a “hub” for the family holiday cheer. I believe as Mom and forever teacher it is my responsibility to help my girls hold on to our holiday traditions and memories while continuing to create new ones. If you love family traditions, you will love this book by Meg Cox. Listen to Meg Cox discuss how she came to write about how to create lasting memories: http://megcox.com/the-book-of-new-family-traditions-how-to-create-great-rituals-for-holidays-everyday/ This month, I added a section to post new sites at the top of each school page for easy access. At the end of the month I will add them to the longer list of previous sites. I hope you find the new resources useful.
Enjoy the month of merry making!
